To open a library account at Aiso library, one of the following criteria must be met:
- Be a current student at DLI Monterey
- Possess a DoD job which requires the use of a language learned at DLI
- Be a FAO, CLPM, or LTD individual
- Be a DoD retiree living in the local Monterey, CA area
- Be a current employee, contractor, or faculty member assigned to the Presidio of Monterey
